Slow cooker/Crock pot recipes. Any one got a good one using lamb loin chops?

Lamb loin chops should be grilled over charcoal or pan fried to medium or medium rare. I recommend that you use lamb shanks or mutton in the crock pot and save those gorgeous chops for when you have time to cook them properly.Slow cooker/Crock pot recipes.
