Here's a recipe for Braised Lamb Chops. Have a great day!!

2 tablespoons olive oil

6 lamb chops

1 onion , sliced

1 vidalia onions , sliced

3 cloves garlic , sliced

to taste cumin (optional)

to taste salt and pepper

1 tablespoon sage

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

1 teaspoon thyme

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon parsley

1/2 cup white wine

1 cup water

Directions

heat oil in large pan on stovetop, med hi heat.

add onions and garlic, cook to soften.

combine spices, rub on both sides of chops and brown on both sides.

remove from pan.

add wine, to deglaze the pan, reduce to half.

add water, bring to boil.

add chops and juices back to pan, cover, simmer 1 hour.
here in canada they just fry them (not more than med) and serve with peppermint jelly
marinade with Italian dressing grill or bake.
Broil, grill or pan fry...but always with garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. A squeeze of lemon juice over, after cooking.
Cut 1 onion, smash some garlic (DO NOT add salt to the garlic), a few leaves of fresh basil, fresh parsley, 1 tbsp olive oil and let the onion and garlic get golden in a medium low heat with the basil and parsley. When done add the lamd chop already seasoned with salt and black pepper, let it saltee in a medium high heat and when it starts to get that nice color to it, you add some water. Lei it cook on medium low, have it with steemed rice. I make that, the hubby loves it!
take them out of package, and put on a grill ( outside), cook to medium rare, and when you go to eat take the sauce and mix with hot sauce its good lol no lie
Roasting or baking them, with a cup of strong coffee marrinade, then topped with leeks, carrots and some garlic. Add mint jelly when serving
