Minced lamb in a curried orange sauce on a bed of broad noodles or white and wild rice is nice. Or perhaps minced stuffed turkey roll, topped with homemade turkey gravy is another.

For Lamb (the king of meats) you need to practice for a year or two. Then I'll tell you!!
Minced lamb + Moussaka
You could stuff the turkey with herbs and spices, which is made mostly on Easter, but it's very tasty for all time of the year. You can google the recipe for how to cook a stuffed turkey.
Try lamb kababs and/or meat ball curry
Lightly fry the mince.Cook and mash some potatoes.Dice some spring onions and then mixed all together.Shape into

fishcake size.Dip these into some beaten egg and then breadcrumbs.Shallow fry until golden brown.tasty and cheap.
I just went to a Greek festival. They had their Greek pizza there. It was soooo good. The pizza had lamb on it but wasn't minced. I'm sure you could still do it though. The pizza had tomato sauce, feta cheese, spinach, and lamb. Oh, I really wish i had some right now.
for minced lamb, make burgers- add fresh mint and maybe a little bit of feta cheese to them...then grill or fry- it's delicious.

serve with hummus, salads, or tzatziki sauce- or just greek yogurt as a topper. because the burger is so flavorful, it can be its own meal, without having to make a sandwich out of it.
Didn't you like my recipe when you posted the identical question a moment ago? It is nice, just try it, only trying to help
I use ground (not minced) turkey breast in chili. Don't know if that would be considered ';interesting';, but it sure is tasty.

Try making thick burgers with ground lamb and adding dried mint either mixed in the meat or on top... same with adding some S%26amp;P and other seasonings. Serve with a salad with feta cheese, and you have a sort of simple middle eastern/Greek dish
kofte kebabs just put any herbs or spices you like in the mixture and cook on bamboo scewers serve with a dip of your choice my fav is sour cream and chive in pitta with a bit of fiery salsa enjoy.
