ground cumin

lemon juice

salt and pepper

1 box falafel mix

take the mustard, garlic, cumin, juice, s%26amp;p and combine in a bowl. smear onto lamb. marinate in fridge for 1 hour.

take lamb out of fridge and dredge in falafel mix to coat. put lamb in pre-heated 420 degree oven for 25 min. after baking lamb let it sit for 5-10 min before cutting.

25 min in the oven should be about rare. add an extra 5 min for med and 10min for well.
mmmm lamb

prefer it done in a Mediterranean style:

you can take lamb chops, any steak cut or a butterflied leg of lamb and rub it with salt pepper olive oil rosemary garlic and either some balsamic vinegar, lemon juice or wine - marinate it in this for a while if you can.

Then grill until the doneness you like. I like mine still pink inside so about 145-150潞 F internal temp

You can also cook the chops on a stove top grill or pan if you don't have a bbq grill.
Type lamb recipes into your search engine and you will find loads of scrummy meals!

Garlic Roast Lamb

2 pound leg of lamb

3 cloves of garlic cut into slivers

Directions

Remove the leg of lamb from the refrigerator about 1 hour before cooking.

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Remove the skins from the 3 cloves of garlic and cut into slivers.

Insert the slivers of garlic under the skin of the lamb leg using a pointed knife.

Place the meat, fat side up, on a rack in an uncovered greased pan.

Roast the meat 30 minutes to the pound or until the internal temperature reaches 175 - 180 degrees for meat well done.

Serve the roast with deglazed drippings or mint sauce.
How about a lamb curry? Its easy peasy!!

Put bout a tablespoon of oil in a pot and place on stove.

Add chopped onion

then 2heaped tsp of curry powder depending on how hot you like it.

add crushed ginger and garlic 1 and 1/2 tsp

add chopped tomatoes

let it cook for 30seconds

then add lamb which must be cut in small pieces like cubes

then add some water

add chopped big pieces of potatoe

add some peas if u like

then put in enough water just to cover the tips of the potatoe and cover and leave for about 20min

The water should thickin by then and that will be your gravy but if the meat and potatoe is cooked and you still have a lot of liquidy water in the pot then just add a spoon of butter and leave to simmer a bit more and you will notice the water thickens up the longer you leave it.

Hope i helped

lamb is fairly easy to make if you are roasting it just coat the whole thing in minced garlic, roasemary and thyme. but if you want to fry it up saeson it the same way then serve it in pita ockets will a mix of cucumbers, plain yogurt and dill. really really good especially with greek seasoned potatoes on the side
